In these classes, I guide you safely and steadily through the foundational practices of the Lotus Neigong school.
Open to women and men. All levels are welcome (no experience needed).
You can attend this class in-person at the Signal Box Community Centre or online. All registrants get access to the live Zoom class and a video recording (for 7 days – or unlimited with a membership).
Qigong Class Fees
1 Class Drop-In – £12
6 Class Credit – £60
Six credits are valid for ten teaching weeks from purchase. Monthly membership options are also available.
